Founded in February 1995, the Allied Health Group (AHG) was established to facilitate Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant staffing. Now booking more than 1000 days per month, AHG has also expanded into staffing for the Radiation Therapy market. Karen Mote serves as the Director of AHG.
Mid-level providers that work with AHG are hired as either employees (with benefits including health care and 401K) or independent contractors. Providers are also covered by A++ rated occurrence form professional liability insurance. Each provider works directly with an AHG consultant who serves as their single point of contact. Over time, as the relationship between a provider and their consultant grows, many providers continue to work consecutive assignments through AHG or even accept permanent positions located with the assistance of AHG.
