Karen started her career with Medical Doctor Associates, Inc. in July of 1996 in the permanent placement division for physicians. She brought that experience with her to Allied Health Group in 2000 as a recruiter for radiation therapy and certified medical dosimetrist. Before moving onto becomming the Director of Allied Health Services, she was the team leader for the Imaging Division, which includes, Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetrist, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and all Radiologic modalities.
